So, room quality, sleeping comfort, service, interior, outside area and breakfast are best. For a very reasonable price. The one "but" is the location. You cannot simply walk off to some nice neighborhood, as there is no neighborhood. On the hand, it is very close to or actually at the airport, and the even provide a free shuttle. So it really depend: If you are looking for the best hotel in Porto Alegre, this is it. With the additional pluses of closeness to airport and reasonable price. But if you want to stroll around for some coffee shops or shopping in some nice Porto Alegre neighborhood, you might prefer a hotel say in Moinhos de Vento or downtown.
